Junior Data Analyst

WebFX is hiring a Junior Data Analyst with 0 - 3 years of experience. Based in United States - Harrisburg, PA and with In-office ways of working.

Job description and responsibilities:

In This Role, You’ll Get To…
• Work directly with a portfolio of clients as their direct point of contact at WebFX, educating them through clear communication, and helping them achieve their goals
• Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships
• Analyze performance data (in Google Analytics and MarketingCloudFX) and prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports
• Develop appropriate SEO strategies and action plans/optimizations based on data
• Create and manage PPC (think Google Ads!) campaigns and work to ensure a positive ROI for clients
• Perform research to ensure client success - think keyword research, competitor analysis, and everything in between
• Devise the content strategy and outlines for our team of copywriters and manage the execution of web content based on client goals
• Manage the ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects and champion CRO best practices for clients
• Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing to determine what works best for your client and provide recommendations accordingly
• Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors, and generate and execute strategies as they relate to findings
• 'Get your hands dirty’ and get into the backend of client websites to correct errors and technical issues and implement content

A Typical ‘Day in the Life’ Might Consist of:
• 5% managing resources for CRO projects
• 5% analyzing clients’ competitors and making appropriate recommendations
• 10% working in the backend of websites/fixing technical issues/implementing content
• 10% creating reports for client campaigns
• 15% analyzing data and identifying deliverables
• 25% communicating with clients
• 30% executing on SEO and PPC strategies with regular optimizations

Role Overview: Software Tester/QA Specialist

As a Software Tester/QA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions that support critical government operations. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate closely with business, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do
• Understand key features and functionality of existing and new software solutions.
• Perform comprehensive test planning, development, and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of products.
• Support the QA team in daily activities, including writing test plans, executing tests, monitoring release activity, documenting defects, and delivering detailed test reports to stakeholders.
• Review documentation, test plans, requirements, and design specifications to identify technical issues and ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain and update the Master Test Plan while working directly with clients to capture test requirements and develop test scripts.
• Drive quality assurance processes and secure buy-in from executive leadership to ensure product excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred(exceptional candidates with post-secondary education and relevant experience will be considered).
• 1+ years of QA and software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience working across all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex software systems, including interpreting systems architecture diagrams and design documents.

Preferred Qualifications
• Background or experience in Health IT.
• Active DoD Public Trust or Secret clearance is preferred.
• Experience with quality assurance processes for mission-critical applications.

Other Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $30,000 - $55,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon’s total compensation package for employees.

We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester - Remote to join our team in Fort Knox, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure prope operation and freedom from defects. May create test data for applications. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts. Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

Job Duties:

• Test and evaluation applications in an enterprise environment.

• Ensure products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.

• Lead test of software to ensure proper operation and that it is free from defects.

• Create test data for application testing.

• Document and resolve all testing issues.

• Provide reports on problem resolution to management.

• Create improvements to current procedures and develop models for possible future configurations.

• Design and implement both manual and automated test methods to perform software verification and validation in accordance with documented requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Agile methods.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.
• BA/BS or equivalent combination or education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Black Belt certification (Six Sigma).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min: $119,204 - Max: $198,672]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

Junior Automation Engineer

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for an entry level tester to assist in the development of a major customer facing application. This position will be located at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and will be a full remote position.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion.

Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications.

Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.

Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.

Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.

Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience)

Experience working with Selenium Scripting

Preferred Skills and Experience

Computer Science Degree can be substituted and end clients leisure with adequate experience and a similar degree (math and science) but a Bachelors degree will be required.
