Position Summary

Can/Am has a strong referral backing of clients that love our product and our employees. Our cashiering/payment software integrates with many enterprise applications. We are looking for bright and talented individuals with a passion for development and improvement to aid our team in the pursuit of continuing to offer a fantastic product and fabulous service to our clients.

Qualifications

The candidate should be a fast learner with an aptitude for understanding and maintaining complex systems.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented languages (Preferably C#).
• Completed a cyber security course (Preferably)
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, both with team members and clients.
• Technical knowledge to do performance analysis.
• Effective problem-solving skills, able to rigorously identify the root cause to resolve technical problems.
• Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts and practices.
• Proficient with GIT.

Activities
• Write high quality shippable code that implements features and solves complex problems in Can/Am products.
• Ensure quality through personal testing, automated unit tests, and fixing product bugs.
• Provide expert input into product designs through team discussion and participation in design review meetings.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting services for client support issues raised by users of Can/Am products.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an Entry-Level Testing/Defect Coordinator for the XD Operational Readiness Team. Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with XD workstreams on testing progress/defects management and resolve defect efficiently
• Ensure workstreams are adhering to testing timelines and reporting progress to XD stakeholders
• Leveraging FPL tools like JIRA and/or Qmetry for test cases and manage defects

Requirements
• Proactive, self-starter mindset-able to take initiative and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on "getting things done" with our XD workstreams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with testing processes, defect tracking, and reporting tools - JIRA and QMetry

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Advanced Automation Corporation (AAC) is seeking a Software Tester/Jr Developer who will contribute to the user experience, quality assurance, and documentation of the Distributive Learning (DL) application. This role will work with a development team to perform testing audits on developed interactive multimedia instruction (IMI).

Primary Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Lead Software Developer.
• Assists in the day-to-day program operations, as required.
• Serves as part of collaborative teams to address capability gaps or inefficiencies, as required.
• Exercises expert communications to build trust and working relationships within AAC's established. communications protocol.
• Collaborates with the Development Team and aids in the testing of all Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). Specifically:
• Supports both Software Developers with testing and documenting activities for the SCO framework.
• Supports Software Developer I with the testing and development of SCSS.
• Collaborates with the Software Developer I for testing the responsive design of all activities and components.
• Collaborates with the Software Developer I for testing the cross-browser design of all activities and components.
• Aids in testing components for accessibility.
• Conducts self QA on their testing documentation prior to submitting for review.
• Supports Software Developers in mid-level QA prior to submission for Final QA.
• Supports effort to export data and assets from the content management system.
• Supports delivery and testing of the product on the LMS.
• Work collaboratively with team members of all levels to meet client expectations and produce high quality deliverables.
• Ensure timeliness while working on tasks throughout an agile product lifecycle.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3 + years of experience developing successful SCORM® 2004 3rd Edition scoring distributed learning (DL).
• 1 + years of experience developing successful digital Learning and user experience systems for interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) computer managed instruction, mobile learning, serious gaming, and simulations.
• Sound knowledge of graphic and interactive design principles.
• Exposure to and basic knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
• Demonstrates the ability to monitor and contribute to agile production sprints.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience with testing JavaScript front-end systems (React and Redux are preferred).
• Proven experience with testing SCSS design systems centered around a front-end framework (Bootstrap is preferred).
• Proven experience working with package managers such as NPM
