You will support the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) and its Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in developing products such as the Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) Weaponeering Software (JWS). Junior Software QA Specialist Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester - Remote to join our team in Fort Knox, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure prope operation and freedom from defects. May create test data for applications. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts. Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Job Duties:
• Test and evaluation applications in an enterprise environment.
• Ensure products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
• Lead test of software to ensure proper operation and that it is free from defects.
• Create test data for application testing.
• Document and resolve all testing issues.
• Provide reports on problem resolution to management.
• Create improvements to current procedures and develop models for possible future configurations.
• Design and implement both manual and automated test methods to perform software verification and validation in accordance with documented requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Agile methods.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.
• BA/BS or equivalent combination or education and work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Black Belt certification (Six Sigma).
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min: $119,204 - Max: $198,672]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
